Allison Goodlin

Communications Coordinator

Allison joined with RTSC in August 2022. Her role as communications coordinator is to develop a communications plan and distribute information through various media platforms to promote RTSC. Allison has a MS degree in Strategic Communication from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. She has previously worked in non-profit social media promotion for Joy Riders (Pittsburgh, Pa.) and DV LEAP (Washington, D.C.).

Brittany Nash

Operations Manager

Brittany Nash joined the RTSC team in September 2023 as Operations Manager. Brittany is a proud, born and raised New Mexican. She graduated from UNM with her Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Sociology and brings 15 years’ experience in the field of community service. Brittany is passionate about helping people and dismantling oppressive systems. She enjoys rearranging furniture and Halloween year-round.

Dana Oliveri

Dana Oliveri

Program Manager

Dana joined the RTSC team in May 2022. She works with homeowners, contractors, volunteers, and funders to execute several of our grant-funded repair program, including our USDA Housing Preservation Grant. Dana has a MS degree in Historic Preservation and is experienced in a variety of construction trades. She previously worked as a senior program manager for CNM Ingenuity's FUSE Makerspace.

Laura Tuzinowski

Laura Tuzinowski

Grant Manager

Laura started working with the RTSC team in July 2023 as a Grant Manager. Her primary responsibility is identifying funding opportunities and writing grant proposals to provide life-changing home repairs for RTSC clients. She also creates fundraising letters and prepares grant reports. With over six years of experience writing successful proposals for various organizations across the U.S., Laura has a proven track record of securing multi-year grants from Federal, State, and local government entities and foundations. Laura’s grant expertise spans across various fields, including social services, mental health, education, agriculture, and workforce development.
