RTSC brings volunteers, businesses, civic groups and government agencies together to help rehabilitate the houses of resident homeowners living on low incomes. All repairs and modifications are provided at no cost so that qualified seniors, families with children, people with disabilities and veterans may live at home in safe, dry, warm, and healthy homes.
